Customer Returns
We will accept the return of previously purchased merchandise
with the following conditions – A refund will gladly
be given when –
- Items are returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- In the opinion of The Grapevine staff on duty, the garment
has not been damaged or worn for any purpose other than
trying on for fit and style.
- A purchase receipt is provided showing the date and amount
of purchase as well as payment method.
Refunds will be provided in the same form as original payment
when possible.After 3 days, and up to 14 days from the date
of purchase, the garment(s) may be returned for store credit
if it has not been worn for purposes other than trying on
for fit and style. Such return must be accompanied with a
receipt.
After 14 days, a garment may be returned for store credit
only if a manufacturing flaw is obvious. We reserve the
right to make final determination as to whether or not
a garment is flawed or has been damaged by unreasonable
customer use. A return will not be permitted if it appears
the garment has been damaged due to abnormal wear conditions.
